Welcome, my name is Kassi, I am the owner of Foundations Four Fitness and have been in the fitness industry for 2 years. I know what it takes to get results, I also know what it is to be busy so "making" time for you can be difficult. Which is why I make sure to fit your program to work with your current busy schedule.
I offer a variety of services including MOBILE 1:1 personal training, remote coaching through my training app, nutrition coaching to help you achieve your goals, and I will travel to your home with all necessary equipment for those who choose to work at home if spots available and schedules can align.
Monthly training 3,4,5 days weekly. Individualized plan designed for specific goals. All nutrition guidance and tracking, MACRO based meal plan and more.
Just start is a 4 week plan, that focuses on changing habits, increasing our daily activity, and getting our FUEL in check.
This is an 8 week progressive At home Strength training program. This will consist of X3 weekly workouts, nutrition guidance/tracking.
Just stay Strong is a BUILD/TONE program. We are shooting for CHALLENGING weights. We are much stronger than we think so don't be afraid to pick up the big boys:)
You will have 4 days of work-
30-45 min sessions
Bands & Bells is an AT-HOME 4 week strength training. We will be using mini bands/loops and Dumbbells so please make sure your equipped with both. You will have 3 workouts each week for the next 4 weeks. These will be running demo videos for you, with timers to keep you working right along, and notes for you to see TARGET reps and modifiers if needed.
