We are focusing on adding increased DAILY activity, so try and make sure to get your OUTDOOR walks in OR shoot for 10,000 Steps daily when your not strength training. We are changing our daily habits and building a new lifestyle. Start tracking your fuel, change your fuel, drink more H20. Small changes repeated daily turns into HUGE results.

This is an 8-week progressive at home Strength training program that is broken down into 2 Phases of work. When you complete these Phase 1, you will continue right into Phase-2. This includes Nutrition coaching.

RESULTS PERIOD is a 12-week strength & nutrition program to get you ONLY results. These 12 weeks are broken down into 3, 4-week phases of work. Each phase will include 4x weekly workouts that you are able to move and schedule to days you know you can complete them. This 12-week program is very light on CARDIO, although a daily WALK &/OR 8-10,000 steps daily is a MUST.
